YUSHENG IRON AND STEEL CO.,LIMITED

From our regular customer from Singapore, Yusheng iron and steel got an order for Pressure vessel steel plate and sheet SA537 Class 1 according to ASME standard,the same steel grade A537 Class 1 or named A537 CL 1 in ASTM standard.This order is total 275.432 metric tons and with three different sizes with thickness 17mm,20mm and 25mm. All the thicknesses for this steel grade SA537 CL 1 shall be under Normalized Heat treatment.Else the engineers from customer’s yard demands us to do Ultrasonic test according to ASTM A578/A578M level A for all the steel plates A537 CLASS 1 and low temperature impacting test on longitudinal direction at minus 20 ceti degree with minimum 27 J.

All these pressure vessel steel plates SA537 Class 1 have to be done third inspection by DNV agency from customer’s request.And final DNV inspector would endorse and stamp on our original Mill certificates.Else they would issue the relative inspection report indicating the details of our goods.
