Steel mill provide original certification. Certificate must have the following:
(1 ) regulatory requirements ;
(2 ) the quality of record number and proof of Zheng Hao ;
(3 ) furnace batch , technical grade ;
(4 ) Chemical composition and mechanical properties ;
(5 ) classification society recognized certificates and surveyor signatures .
2, the physical examination:
